skillet

Skillet is a little hole in the wall in German village that specializes in rustic, urban food (ruf). Their menu is seasonally driven and they try to work with local farmers as much as possible. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, and if you decide to brave the crowds on the weekend, I suggest calling ahead. They don’t take reservations, but you can put your name on a list to get ahead in the line!
